Obituary of Paul Non

Paul D. “Joe” Non, 56, of Honesdale passed away on June 6, 2018 at home.  

Born on July 1, 1961 in Carbondale, he was the son of the late Paul Sr. and Mary (Mansfield) Non, RN.

Joe was a graduate of Forest City High School.  In his youth, he helped in the family business at the Wayne County Livestock Sale Barn on Fair Avenue. Joe later worked for many years at the former S.J. Bailey and Sons Furniture. He was most recently employed by Advanced Auto Parts in Honesdale. 

He is survived by his son, Brian Non and his wife Amanda of Creamton; two grandchildren:  Ethan and Cally; two sisters:  Kathryn Johannes and her husband Joesph of Waymart; and Margaret Non and her husband Allan Curtis of Honesdale; nieces and nephew:  Lynn Rollison, Chris Daniels, Melissa Daniels, Bobbie Johannes and Janell Johannes; great-nephews:  Cody Rollison, Landon Rollison, and Noah Daniels.

He was also preceded in death by his sister, Sandy Non.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, June 11, 2018 at 11:00 AM in St. Mary Magdalene Cemetery, Fair Ave. Honesdale, PA. All attending are asked to go directly to the cemetery.
