Obituary of Dennis L. Miller

Dennis L. Miller, 58, of Waymart passed away Saturday evening, June 23, 2018 after an illness.  He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Donna Gilhooley Utegg Miller.

Born June 26, 1959 in Lyndhurst, New Jersey, he was the son of Patricia (Brussels) Miller of Honesdale, and the late Floyd Miller.

He is also survived by three sons:  Daniel Miller of Waymart, Jody Utegg of Waymart, and Clint Utegg and his wife Lacey of Pleasant Mount; a grandson:  Jack Utegg; two brothers: Douglas Miller and his wife Tanya of Honesdale and Donald Miller and his wife Maria of Waymart; a sister, Diane Abbot and her husband Jeff of Cherry Ridge.

Dennis was also preceded in death by a brother, Daniel Miller.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. in St. James Church, 361 Great Bend Turnpike, Pleasant Mount, PA 18453. All attending are asked to go directly to the church.

Interment will be in The Waymart Cemetery at Canaan Corners.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Dennis’ memory to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital 262 Danny Thomas Place Memphis, TN 38105.
