Charles H. Shaffer, 48, of Waymart passed away on Wednesday, January 1, 2020 at home due to natural causes. Born August 12, 1971 in Carbondale, he was the son of the late Charles and Marion (Hoffman) Shaffer. He is survived by a brother, Giles F. Shaffer, Sr and his family.
