Helen,
He was my best friend, the brother I never had. I was so proud to be his best man. I hope that time will heal the loss for you and the kids.

Helen, Dianne & David- My heartfelt condolences to all of you on the passing of Dex. We worked together and did a few field assignments during our time with IBM/LM. He was my inspiration to go into other fields that I did not think I was truly qualified to work in within the Quality arena. I owe much of my success to Dex, he was my mentor, inspiration and true friend. I will always remember working with him and his love for Empire apples as he brought a bagful to work about every day. Sending my love and hugs to all of you, please be safe during this crazy time in our lives.

I knew Dex while working at IBM in Owego N.Y. during the 1960's and 70's. We carpolled some of that time and became hunting buddies. I was able to be a friend during the time his mother went to be with the Lord. I remember singing hymns together during some of those carpool trips. Dex had a good voice, not sure I added anything to it. Because of my transfer to Tucson we lost touch with each other over the years. Dex and Helen were able to visit once here in Tucson and were kind enough to put me up during one of my trips back to Pennsylvania. Recently, I made telephone contact once again where we were able to share memories and new happenings in our lives. Dex will be greatly missed. Helen, you are in my prayers and I ask that God will keep his arms around you and offer his peace and comfort to you and the family.
Sincerely, Jack
