After their marriage, Bev and Noel ran her family’s business, the Roth Shell Service Station, in Grabill, Indiana, for several years. She then worked as a legal secretary and bookkeeper for many years. They celebrated 60 years of loving marriage in 2015, shortly before Noel passed away. To the end of her life, Bev was a faithful Christian and a prayer warrior for all generations of her family and her many friends. Bev is remembered as a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, who lived a life of generous service to those around her and was always ready to share in both the joys and struggles of those she knew and loved. Bev was known for her skills as a homemaker and cook, who always had a full cookie jar for visitors. She loved to read and was also a talented artist and seamstress, creating countless quilts, clothing, and beautiful needlework projects that she shared with family and friends.
