So sorry to learn of the passing of Mrs. Keen. In 2009 my husband and I had purchased the log home she and Mr. Keen had built and then sold. She came by to visit and was my son's bus driver. We loved that house but ended up selling it. So many memories were shared by her from when they owned the home.
Mrs. Keen was such a wonderful woman. My condolences to her family and friends.

Helen was such a wonderful person and I was proud to be a part of her family. Many, many memories at Red Shale Farm every time we came to visit. She was so supportive of my older brother Jack who spent his summers on Red Shale Farm working since he was 12 years old until he graduated from high school. She always cooked the best meals and was so hard working on the farm plus driving school bus plus her role at her church. I remember one Christmas time when we were visiting and she started playing Christmas Hymns and we all sang along. We were visiting her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Bob and Helen Keen. I could go on and on about all of the wonderful memories. I know Heaven has just received another angel and I know that she is so happy to be reunited with the love of her life Dale. She will be missed and will always be remembered in our hearts.

RIP Helen. Many fond memories of Helen playing my favorite Hymns in church during my youth in Waymart. It was wonderful getting to see her when she played at my mom's service last year. My deepest sympathies to the Keen family.

So sorry to all her family for your loss, hugs and prayers to all. She was such a pillar of our small town in so many ways. Always had a smile for every one, unless you did her wrong, or acted up on the bus. RIP Helen, you will be missed by many.

Helen's church music is part of the soundtrack of my life. Hearing her play hymns on the organ as the congregation and choir sang are fond memories. I remember the cantatas we spent weeks preparing and then presented them for Christmas and Easter. Helen would sing any part at any time to support the harmony or melody as she played the organ. That takes skill. Whenever I recall a beloved hymn from church, I hear Helen playing the organ in my memory.
