Charlotte S. Haner, 90, of Carmel, New York, died peacefully on Monday morning, September 20, 2021 in Danbury, Connecticut, after an illness. Born at home on October 31, 1930 in Clinton Center, Waymart, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Ethel (White) Singer. Charlotte is survived by three children: Marc Edleston and his wife Heather, Robert Edleston and his wife Brenda, and Colette Wachter and her husband Billy; a brother, Larry Singer and his wife Pat; a sister, Evie Parker; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, September 23 at 11:00 from the Jenkins-Howell Funeral Home, Inc., Edward R. Howell, Funeral Director, 269 Belmont Street, Waymart, PA 18472 with Pastor Sal Maiorana of The Waymart Church officiating. Friends and family may visit on Thursday morning from 10-11 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be on Thursday in Clinton Center Cemetery, 1000 Belmont Turnpike, Waymart, PA 18472.
