As dad of my lovely friend Kenda Ward (nee Parker) and her husband Bob, and daughters Cassie, Katlin, and Anneka, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy to the extended family of the deceased Mr. Kendal C. Paker. I did not know him personally but he sounded like a lovely gentleman. May he RIP.
